We have developed the fabrication technique of bulk-scale carbon nanotube (CNT) assemblies such as CNT yarn and sheet. In this research, we performed hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) growth directory on the CNT assemblies by powder chemical vapor deposition. We found memristive behavior in electrical transport that hysteresis appears in the current-voltage characteristics. In this presentation, we will describe the systematic experimental results and propose a possible model of the mechanism of memristive behavior.
