Conductivity is one important physical parameter for devices and functional materials made by conductive nano-materials. In the conventional thin film approximation, however, it is difficult to take into account of local structures and orientations. In this presentation, we will report the new method based on the AFM volume images and SPICE simulator for more accurate conductivity estimations for sparse network structures.
