In order to prevent the spread of infection for diagnosis in the early stage of infection, a portable and highly sensitive sensor is required. We are researching resonance sensors using MEMS technology, and by using graphene for the movable membrane, we can realize a compact and highly sensitive sensor. In this report, we report the detection of inactivated COVID-19 by changing the receptor immobilized on the suspended graphene to an aptamer that specifically adsorbs COVID-19.In addition, as a verification of virus detection in the air, we also report on virus detection in the aerosol state.
