Keywords:nanopore, eletropolation, ionic current

Nanopore allows single molecule sensor of simple mechanism. Despite the ultra-sensitivity, however, it ironically requires to have a high concentration sample due to the fact that those objects of concern need to be at bery close to the nanopore in order to be drawn into the sensing zone. Inthe talk, on the other hand, I will present an integrated nanopore approach for detecting single-molecule DNA in a cell without any pre-treatments including PCR amplifications.
