Beyond 5G (B5G) is the next generation of ultrafast and ultra-smart wireless communications, and many researchers are working on new materials and principles to break through the technological terahertz gap in the millimeter-wave and terahertz frequency band utilized in the B5G as the main frequency resources. In this talk, the author presents the research and development of novel graphene-based functional devices for B5G ultra-high-speed wireless communications, and addresses future prospects.
