[24p-E202-1] X-ray Phase Tomography Using X-ray Microscope with Foucault Knife Edge

A differential phase-contrast X-ray microscope with a Foucault knife edge at the back focal point of the zone plate objective was assembled at the Photon Factory BL3C, and a phase tomography experiment was performed at 5.4 keV. Previously, a differential phase image was calculated from two images taken with knife edges placed in opposite directions. By using two Schlieren images of a sample with different angles of 180 degree, it was shown that phase CT reconstruction is possible with the fixed knife edge.
