Triple cation perovskite solar cells (TCPSCs) have high PCE. However, the PCE of the TCPSCs usually decreases significantly at the beginning of the light soaking test, even though the initial PCE shows a superior value. In this work, Photoluminescence (PL) measurement was performed in the TCPSCs. A significant change in PL spectrum was obtained in these different devices. The PL spectrum shift significantly after the Au evaporation. Indicating that the triple cation perovskite structure in this work is initially unstable, and phase segregation happens due to the built-in electric field. That may be the original reason why the TCPSCs can not keep stable under the AM 1.5 G working condition.
