In recent years, beneficial effects of amino acids solution exposed to atmospheric pressure plasma have attracted a great attention. However, most of the reaction mechanisms remains still unclear and the identification of the key derivatives is extremely difficult. In this study, we have analyzed the components of the plasma-exposed cysteine solution by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and will show the experimental results and the estimated reaction mechanisms in this presentation.
