[25a-E205-8] Pre-aggregation of D–A π-Conjugated Polymer and Highly-Aligned Thin Film by High-Speed Bar-Coating Method

Highly-aligned thin film of donor–acceptor π-conjugated polymer was obtained by controlling the preaggregation in high-speed bar-coating process. The preaggregates had large-elongate rod-like shape in a chlorobenzene solvent. Increased preaggregates size and aspect ratio with the concentration increase seem to realize notable molecule orientation in high-speed coating. The orientation degree of the thin film reached 0.87, which means the polymer chains were ultra-highly aligned along the coating direction.
