[25a-E303-2] Miniaturization of LiDAR system using higher brightness(>1GW/cm²/sr) PCSELs

High peak power operation of more than 25W and high brightness operation of more than 1GWcm^-2sr^-1 have been obtained by improving the design of double-lattice photonic crystal in PCLSELs with 5.6mm CAN package. Additionally miniaturization of LiDAR system with high special resolution are successfully achieved thanks to the high brightness of the PCSEL; the height of new LiDAR system is downsized by 40% and the volume is downsized by 65% compared with the previous model.
