Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is widely used as a ferroelectric material, but from the viewpoint of reducing the environmental load, we focused on (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFeO3(BKTBF), which has good piezoelectric properties, among lead-free materials. The purpose of this study was to improve the ferroelectric properties by changing the recovery annealing temperature and substituting Ni and Mn. Furthermore, the effects of composition changes and Cu and Zn on electrical characteristics were investigated by crystal and electronic structure analysis.
