It is known that the interaction between swift cluster-ion projectiles and matter has a vicinage effect. In this study,we experimentally investigated the dependence of molecular axis orientation of cluster on secondary electron emission in a vicinage effect. The results show that the energy distribution of secondary electrons changes slightly depending on molecular axis orientation. In the presentation,we will consider the secondary electron emission process by cluster beam irradiation.
