[25a-P03-6] Application of Compact and Highly Sensitive Immunoassay System
to Highly Hydrophilic Analyte

We have developed a compact and highly sensitive Immunoassay system. With the aim of the application of this system to the high hydrophilicity analyte, the control of the fluid behavior was tried by patterning the hydrophilic and hydrophobic agent in the fine flow path of the reagent cartridge. As a result, we succeeded in measuring COVID-19 antigen, a highly hydrophilic analyte. Measurements of the dilution-adjusted samples suggested that 2 pg/mL could be detected.
