[25a-P03-5] Highly Sensitive Food Analysis by Fluorescent Signaling Protein-Imprinted Nanomaterial

Protein-imprinted polymer nanogels were prepared by molecular imprinting and following post-imprinting modifications for introduction of fluorescent reporter dye within the imprinted cavity. The fluorescent signaling ability of prepared sensor was investigated and found fluorescent responses depending on the target concentration. From the results, apparent binding constant was estimated to be 108 M-1 order. The detailed characteristics of the sensor will be discussed in this presentation.
