When studying optical quantum information processing in a fiber-based experimental system, there are unstable elements such as phase and polarization fluctuations. In this study, we fabricated a fiber stretcher for the phase fluctuation and eliminated its resonance peak by using FPGA in the feedback loop, which enabled us to widen the control bandwidth. For polarization fluctuation, we invented a new polarization control method with low optical loss, and devised a method to converge to the optimum polarization state at high speed.
