In plasma medicine, electrical effects, chemical effects, and light effects are intricately involved. However, the balance of influence and interaction of multiple factors remain unclear. In particular, the electrical effects of electric fields and currents are not fully understood. In this paper, the free energy profile and the membrane permeability coefficient of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), one of the reactive oxygen species under electric field application, were derived from the simulation results of molecular interactions by molecular dynamics (MD).
