We conducted experiments for the new molecular introduction method for cells in liquid phase by utilizing plasma in liquid. The treatment that combined plasma and pulsed electric field for cells enhanced GFP fluorescent expression in cultured cells. Therefore, it was considered that the plasmid DNA can be introduced into cells by the combined treatment and the treatment can be used for the new method of gene introduction.
