Molecular vibrational spectroscopy with a mid-infrared comb laser is expected for its application to exhaled breath diagnosis. Although we have been developing a high-sensitivity and high-resolution spectroscopy system, the long-term drift of MIR spectral intensity has limited performance, for example, the S/N ratio with a long-term accumulation. In this study, we focused on the coupling of incident light to the PCF as the cause of the long-term drift, then we attempted to stabilize the mid-infrared light spectrum intensity for a long time by stabilizing PCF incidence.
