We investigated a method for designing a multi-level optical anisotropic diffraction grating by machine learning. In this study, we designed a structure with the characteristics reported previously in order to evaluate the developed method. As a result, it was confirmed that it is possible to design a multi-level optical anisotropic diffraction grating in three dimensions.
