We propose a thermal compression transfer technique of single-wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) films. In this study, we transferred SWCNT films with low sheet resistance (20 ohm/sq.) and high electrical conductivity (3.3 x 105 S/m) onto PET substrates. The unique feature of this technique is that the films are stabilized on substrates through the transfer process. This transfer technique is suitable for industrialization.
