Fundamental properties of organic semiconductors have been studied for long time both theoretically and experimentally. It has been comprehended based on band model and hopping model, both of which are controversial each other. The actual organic semiconductor is considered to take intermediate state between localized and delocalized state and discussion to deal with such state are still under way. In this study, we propose a novel model of extending tight binding approximation model by discrete fractional fourier transform. Based on this model, we can deal with the intermediate state between localized and delocalized state continuously. This can be a good model to describe organic semiconductor which has intermediate state between localized and delocalized state.
