[26a-P03-9] Evaluations of nitride layers formed by directed energy deposition type additive manufacturing method using thermal-plasma

本研究では、窒化層形成への積層造形手法の応用可能性検討のため、プラズマ積層造形装置開発、およびTi6Al4V粉末を用いた窒化層形成試験を実施した。その結果、有意な量の窒素原子を含有した層が形成されていることがわかった。加えて、発表では、異なるプラズマ/粉体搬送ガスの組合せで実施した積層試験結果についても議論し、造形雰囲気が造形物組成/物性等に与える影響についての評価結果を報告する。
