Recently, correlation-domain LiDAR has been proposed, enabling simultaneous and high-speed measurement of vibration and distance. This method has advantages such as low cost of the light source and high-speed measurement at arbitrary positions. However, miniaturization and integration of the system still remains a problem to be solved. In this study, we simplified the correlation-domain LiDAR by using the reflected light generated on the surface of the collimator lens as the reference light.
