Keywords:thermal diffusivity, quantum dot

Quantum dots are semiconductors with a diameter of a few nanometers, and they have the characteristics of high brightness and high stability of fluorescence intensity. In this study, we attempted to measure the thermal diffusivity using a quantum dot as a temperature sensor and non-contact measurement method for thermal diffusivity by using laser irradiation, as well as to increase the spatial resolution of the thermal diffusivity measurement.
