The band gaps of tin halide perovskites, ASnX3 (A = monovalent cation, X = halide), can be tuned by the combination of A- and X-site ions. Here, we found that the single crystals of mixed-ion tin perovskites can be synthesized by the crystallization from precursor solutions containing multiple ions. In this presentation, the synthesis, crystal structures, energy levels and optical properties of mixed-ion single crystals will be presented.
