△ [15a-B508-9] Evaluation of Carrier Transport in Organic Antiambipolar Transistors by Operando Photoelectron Emission Microscopy
Keywords:organic antiambipolar transistors, operando photoelectron emission microscopy, carrier transport mechanism
Antiambipolar transistors (AATs) have recently received much attention because of the unique
conduction properties similar to negative resistance. We have proposed organic AATs because organic semiconductors have the attractive features including mechanical flexibility and high
controllability of the energy levels by chemical engineering. We have evaluated the electron
conduction mechanism of the organic AATs using photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM). In this study, we further unveiled the hole conduction mechanism by operando PEEM measurements, owing to the adoption of C8-BTBT as the p-type transistor channel.
