We fabricated an single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)/N-confused tetra-tolyl-porphyrin (NCTTP) random network (RNW) device and studied its reservori computing (RC) performance towards waveform generation. The device showed both linear and non-linear dynamics. The non-linearity is assumed to arise from the charge transfer of the outwardly-pointing electron donating NH group of NCTTP to SWNT. We showed that the training of the non-linear readouts reproduced the traingular waveform to a greater accuracy than the linear dynamic outputs. The result thus validates the importance of non-linearity towards higher information processing required for RC
