[15a-PA01-39] Synthesis and theroelectric properties of WTe2 nanowires

We synthesized WTe2 nanowires by heating W18O49 nanowires with NaBH4 and Te under vacuum. W18O49 was obtained by solvothermal technique. The Seebeck coefficient and electric conductivity of the nanowire samples were superior to the powder WTe2. Adding PEDOT-PSS as binder further improved the thermoelectric performance.
