Keywords:volumetric display

A volumetric display is a device that displays three-dimensional images by arranging volumetric pixels or voxels in space. This display is characterized by a wide field of view and the ability to display volumetric images that satisfy human depth perception. In this study, we propose a volumetric display that uses voxels as droplets generated by focused femtosecond laser irradiation of a cloud chamber. We performed experiments to observe the magnified image of the voxel as the pulse energy is increased.
