We experiments to observation of two-photon stimulated emission, which is the inverse process of two-photon absorption. Two-photon absorption coefficient is one important guide to predict two-photon stimulated emission coefficient.However, The measurement of two-photon absorption coefficient in solid states laser media has not been done very often.Thus, we measure two-photon absorption coefficient of Yb3+:Sc2O3 by open-aperture Z-scan technique.
