[15p-A401-13] Fabrication of 20% Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells in Ambient Air

Perovskite solar cell performance has improved rapidly over the past decade, but most of the perovskite layers in the previous reports require device fabrication in an inert atmosphere due to the instability of perovskites. In this presentation, we report a detailed procedure for the reproducible fabrication of perovskite solar cells in ambient air. Of the 115 devices fabricated in this study, more than 25% showed conversion efficiencies of >19%, with the highest conversion efficiency exceeding 20%.
