[15p-D411-13] Observation of exciton quantum beats in a stacked GaAs/AlAs multiple quantum well

While many studies for exciton quantum beat have been performed using multiple quantum wells with single structure, we measured the transient signal using a stacked multiple quantum well in this study. When the multiple quantum beats can be generated, the terahertz wave generation with the different frequencies will be realized. Then, we will report our results to clarify the conditions to generate the multiple quantum beats.
