[15p-E302-3] Neutron Imaging for Single Crystals by a Superconducting Neutron Detector
Keywords:superconducting detector, Current-biased kinetic-inductance detector(CB-KID)
We have been developing a two-dimensional neutron detector using a delay-line current-bias kinetic inductance detector (CB-KID). We performed neutron imaging and neutron transmission measurements of a sample containing several YbSn3 single crystals at J-PARC to evaluate the performance of the detector. The dip structures due to Bragg reflections were observed in the transmission spectrum. We demonstrate the crystal orientation-enhanced imaging and identification of the crystal orientation from Bragg dips in the transmission spectrum.
