[15p-PA01-12] Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance in electrochemically etched Fe/Pt bilayer
Keywords:spintronics, ionic liquid
Electrical control of magnetization by current-induced torque is an essential element of spintronics devices. However, the quantification of current-induced torque requires the precise separation of damping-like torque, field-like torque, and Oersted-field derived torque. In this study, we combined spin torque ferromagnetic resonance and ionic liquid to observe current-induced torque while etching ferromagnetic materials. This technique enables the quantification of the current-induced torque generation efficiency with high accuracy in a single device.
