[15p-PA02-1] Easier microwave discharge ignition by low-pressure induced by high-speed gas flow

Atmospheric pressure plasma is expected to be used in many fields but has the problem of a high breakdown field in plasma generation. To resolve this issue, we attempted to simplify microwave discharges by forming a reduced pressure using a high-speed gas flow. In addition, the gas temperature was measured by using N2 emission spectra.
