Recently, medical applications of low-temperature plasma generated under atmospheric pressure have attracted much attention. However, the chemical and electrical effects of the active species in plasma on cells have not yet been fully elucidated, which has hindered the development of the technology. In this study, the electrical effects of atmospheric pressure and low temperature plasmas on cells are analyzed and discussed by means of equivalent circuit analysis.
