[15p-PB06-1] Narrow-band toroidal dipole resonances of titanium dioxide nanodisk array

We studied toroidal dipole resonances of titanium dioxide nanodisk array, which has lower loss than silicon in the visible region, by simulation and experiment. We show that a high-sensitivity refractive index sensor can be realized and discuss the relationship between structural parameters and sensitivity as a refractive index sensor.
