[16a-A202-4] Nonlinear optical response in Resonant Tunneling Diode Terahertz Oscillators

The nonlinear optical response was investigated by injecting terahertz waves of two different frequencies into an RTD oscillator and observing the oscillation spectrum of the RTD. As a result, multimode oscillation originating from the nonlinearity of the RTD was observed. In the presentation, we will discuss in detail in terms of intensity dependence.
