RF反射測定は、量子ドットにおけるスピンの有望な読み出し技術である。更なる読み出しの高速化・高感度化のため、RF反射測定系における整合回路の広帯域にわたるインピーダンス整合が望ましい。そこで、インダクタンスまたはキャパシタンスから成る3種類の単段整合回路において、それぞれの最適な回路パラメータを計算した上で帯域を比較した。最適な回路構成、パラメータとし、RF反射測定の高性能化を実現しうることを示した。
