[16p-A401-6] Introducing effects of silane coupling agent in Si nanocone/PEDOT:PSS solar cells

In Si/PEDOT:PSS solar cells, insufficient adhesion between the Si nanostructure and PEDOT:PSS causes significant performance degradation. The addition of a silane coupling agent to the PEDOT:PSS layer is expected to improve the pn junction quality by bringing about chemical cross-linking between Si and PEDOT:PSS. We fabricated Si nanocone/PEDOT:PSS solar cells by adding vinyltrimethoxysilane to the PEDOT:PSS layer and investigated its effect.
