Quantum memory (QM) based on Atomic Frequency Comb (AFC) has been actively developed for the realization of grobal quantum information networks. We have studied 167Er3+:Y2SiO5 crystals to realize telecommunication wavelength AFC QM. In this report, we report on the demonstration of the optical phase memory using time bin qubits.
