[16p-A405-15] Development of atom-photon interface with a nanofiber cavity

Keywords:cavity quantum electrodynamics, nanofiber, cold atom

Nanofiber cavity quantum electrodynamics (cQED) system is an ideal quantum interface where atom-photon interaction is strongly enhanced owing to the tight spatial confinement of photons by using a sub-wavelength waveguide. In this work, by combining the nanofiber cQED system with a high-resolution imaging system, we observe the dynamics of a single atom trapped in an optical tweezer.
