[16p-D311-8] Development of Solar Cell Neutron Dosimeter using Converter Film by Screen-Printing

We have previously fabricated B4C and LiF neutron converter films by screen-printing. In this study, Gd2O3 film was prepared using Gd2O3 powder and acrylic binder which does not contain B for solar cell neutron dosimeter in addition to B4C and LiF films. In the solar cell dosimeter with the Gd2O3 film, the induced current proportional to neutron flux was obtained, indicating that the dosimeter can be used as a neutron flux monitor.
