For the application of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite single crystals to X-ray detectors, a method to fabricate large-area single crystals while maintaining stable growth conditions for a long time is required. However, current mainstream single-crystal growth methods are designed for the synthesis of small single crystals of several mm squares, and it is difficult to maintain the stable growth conditions required for large-area growth. Therefore, we have developed a new crystal growth system that combines in-situ growth rate measurement by image capture and solvent evaporation method to realize stable growth conditions by feedback control. In this talk, we will also report on the X-ray detection properties of perovskite single crystals grown under stable conditions.
