△ [16p-E502-9] Development of logic-in-memory with floating-gate-type antiambipolar transistors (2):Reconfigurable logic circuits
Keywords:antiambipolar transistor, Two-input logic-in-memory, floating gate
Toward the upcoming Internet of Things (IoT) society, the development of high-performance organic integration circuits is highly required due to their flexible and lightweight features. For this purpose, our interest is placed on the development of new logic circuits based on antiambipolar transistors (AATs) because the transistor exhibits a negative-resistance-like conduction at room temperature. In this study, we extended the AAT to a dual-gate (DG)-type one (DG-AAT) and further integrated a floating gate (ZnPc-PS4) into the transistor. Consequently, we achieved a reconfigurable two-input logic-in-memory by combining the DG operation and the nonvolatile memory function.
