n the case of devices with ITO/MeO-2PACz/perovskite (PVK)/electron transport layer (ETL)/Al structure, ZnO nanoparticles are dispersed in alcohol and heat treatment of more than 100°C for several minutes is required, which may change the composition and crystallinity of perovskite layers during stacking. The composition and crystallinity of the perovskite layers may be altered during stacking. The cost of electron transport materials is high, and the spin-coating method has low material utilization. Therefore, we investigated a push-coating method using PDMS stamps and a stacking method using a transfer method.
