[17a-A401-2] Outdoor Power Generation Characteristics of Highly Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells
Keywords:perovskite solar cell, outdoor power generation characteristics
The outdoor power generation characteristics of the high-efficiency perovskite solar cells prepared at NIMS were measured for several months at Tokyo City University. Four perovskite cells with an area of 1.26 cm2 are deposited on the substrate and sealed with resin. The sealed cell is installed at a fixed installation angle of 35° facing south. Indoor measurements are Voc: 1.141(V), Jsc: 24.6(mA/cm2), FF: 0.661, Efficiency: 18.6%. We investigated in detail the temporal changes of each solar cell parameter, especially on sunny days. From morning until around 13:30, Isc is completely proportional to the irradiation intensity (Pin). Next, the deterioration characteristics of each parameter were discussseded. Isc and Voc are very stable, but the conversion efficiency deteriorates in conjunction with the movement of FF.
