[17a-D209-2] Diamagnetic response in FeSe/STO grown by the PLD technique

Iron-chalcogenide superconductor FeSe has attracted much attention because the monolayer film on SrTiO3 (STO) shows highly enhanced superconducting transition temperatures due to interface effects. We have studied on the interface superconductivity and realized the enhancement of superconductivity for films thicker than 2 nm using PLD. However, evaluations of imhomonginities of superconductivity in the samples were missing for further improvement of superconducting properties in the PLD-grown films. Here, we investigated superconducting properties in PLD-grown FeSe/STO using the mutual inductance technique.
