[17a-PA01-1] Study of 3D local structural analysis of powder crystal samples using DAFS

The DAFS is an X-ray spectroscopy method providing site-selective information of the electronic state of target element by measuring the energy dependence of the X-ray diffraction peak intensity of crystalline samples around absorption edge. In this study, we are trying to get information on the three-dimensional coordination structure around the target atom by measuring kai angle dependent DAFS spectra of powder crystal samples. We will present the outline and present status of this study.
