[17a-PA04-10] Dual-pulse method for precise and rapid measurement of organic transistors

Combinatorial experiments in which many devices with different fabrication conditions are fabricated and evaluated at once are effective for improving the performance of organic transistors. In the experiments, device evaluation must be fast and accurate. However, conventional DC method cannot always evaluate the intrinsic mobility of organic semiconductors accurately due to hysteresis. In this study, we devised a dual-pulse measurement method in which positive and negative voltages are applied alternately to reduce hysteresis and increase speed and optimized the measurement conditions.
